I had a facial. Another test for the racing mind. Across the hour long treatment my brain had some calm minutes, some less calm minutes and many minutes wondering what the difference between a gel, a cream and a serum is. Classic.

I haven’t been moving enough recently. The wet weather has trimmed the length of our dog walks and I’ve been slapdash at booking classes. Next week.
